Shipping policy

All of Khamir’s orders are shipped door-to-door from our warehouse in Kukma, Bhuj, Gujarat India to your provided shipping address via local courier agencies. Processing the order normally takes 2 working days and then Shipping normally takes 4-6 working days depending on the location from Khamir warehouse.

Shipping destinations offered by www.shop.khamir.org for delivery will be extended and updated from time to time and listed online.

We do not ship backorders (items out of stock). We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item that you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 working days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out-of-stock item.

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship them to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.

For orders within India, our courier agencies will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. You can track the package through the Order Tracking facility. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please call the courier service's Customer Service at their local number and quote your tracking number to trace your package.

At KHAMIR, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers. Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs. 1200. For orders below that, we charge a flat Rs. 100 shipping fee.

Because each craftsperson and artisan's process is unique, shipping times may vary. Look for shipping info on the product page for individual shipping times.

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9 am to 7 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

Address change will be accepted only if the order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if the new location is within the same state.

As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

International Shipping

  • Currently, the process of placing an order for international deliveries is manual -- which means, if you like any product, you can email or WhatsApp (+91 9099908050) us and we will be happy to process your order.
  • We ship across the globe with DHL and FedEx. Real-time shipping is calculated based on your product selection and country.
  • All local taxes and custom duties are charged extra by the Shipping carrier based on your respective country. Most countries allow import up to a certain amount without any duty. This amount is called De Minimis values. Please check following link to know the De Minimis values of your respective country. Country-wise De Minimis Values
